As a psychotherapist, I work with clients who come to therapy to understand what has happened. During our initial sessions, we will delve into getting to know you, understanding your unique lived experience, and finding clues about what your healing can involve. Most of my clients experience new insights, more personal freedom, discerning ways of navigating, and increased self-compassion within the first few sessions.
Telling our stories is vital to both survival and thriving as human beings. I strive to provide a therapeutic relationship where you can express yourself naturally in time.
I will listen with curiosity, open-mindedness, and compassion, ultimately helping you identify areas of possible growth and healing.
Collaborating on strategies, treatment plans, and ways of moving forwards with new insights are all outcomes of our work together.
