There will be 15 table spots available those cost $100.00 for the weekend ~ Table spots are 6 feet in length and can be shared with friends
There will be 14 taster spots available and those cost $150.00 for the weekend ~ these spots are 7 feet in length
Costs are ½ price for Full Members Registered with the Navigator for Wellness Directory. However, if you are sharing with a non-member then the cost is full price. Full Members will be sent a code with early registration so you can ensure your spot and discount.
All participants must complete a full description of what they will be offering, all offerings must be something that supports wellness for people or the planet. If you are sharing your table with a friend then include what they are offering in the description as well. We will assume that your offerings will be available for Saturday and Sunday. If this is not the case then please contact Cindy at info@navigatorforwellness.com to discuss any alternative arrangements. You are responsible for full payment of both days regardless of changes. We reserve the right to withhold spaces if your offerings do not meet the wellness criteria.
We need full descriptions for our guide that we will hand out at the door this year and circulate in our advertising. This year you will all be designated a number so it can align with the guide and make it easy for guests to find you.
You are responsible for bringing your own table and set up. There are a few tables at the Hall but you will need to speak with Cindy if you want to reserve one. They are kept for those who need to arrive on foot or by ferry or who need assistance for set up.
If you are offering taster sessions then I encourage you to have sign-up sheets for Sunday available on the Saturday for folks so they can look forward to the event for another day. Last year some guests were disappointed to find the healer they came back for on Sunday was not at the Fair.
There is absolutely no burning of incense or any other substance in the Hall. Please support us in keeping everyone feeling comfortable by respecting this limitation.
This year we will be expanding into the back room and taking on the whole Hall! We are so excited to see you all again and look forward to working with you to get the word out to our community and the greater community.
